POMEGRANATE & CRANBERRY CHILLI CHUTNEY

Both pomegranate and cranberry are rich in antioxidants, reduce inflammation, keep cancer at bay, good for the heart and reduces the occurrence of kidney stones. This is another simple and healthy chutney recipe.


Ingredients: 2 pomegranate fruits, 200g cranberries, 1 red chilli, 1 red bell pepper, salt, mustard seed, onions.


Method:
  1. Blend the red chilli and bell pepper into a paste and pour them into a mixing bowl.
  2. Then, blend the pomegranate seeds and cranberries and add into the mixing bowl, mixing them thoroughly.
  3. Pour oil into a pan and add chopped onions and mustard seed and saute for a minute. Then, add the chutney paste and salt for taste and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Dish out and enjoy.
