Barley is a cereal grain used in beverages and food. It contains dietary fibre, potassium, iron, vitamin B6 and magnesium. Barley is good for you as it decreases cholesterol and sugar levels in the body and is a great food for gut health.

Ingredients: barley, pandan leaves (flavouring + optional)

Method:
1. Boil the barley in a pot of water until it is cooked.
2. Then, add pandan leaves for flavouring and enjoy.

P.S. If you want, you could add a little bit of sugar or honey as it doesn't have a taste.
