MINT CHUTNEY

Mint chutney is a type of sauce or paste made from mint (herb). It is a classic Indian food cooked as a side dish for dosa and idly. Health benefits of mint include – promoting digestion, cleaning your mouth and preventing bad breaths.

Ingredients – mint, desiccated coconut, chilli powder, onion, garlic, ginger, tamarind juice.
 
Method:
1. Soak the tamarind in water to get the juice.
2. Pour oil, add all the ingredients, and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add the tamarind juice and mix it well.
4. Dish it out and let it cool.
5. After that, add everything into a blender to blend it into a smoothie kind of paste.
6. Pour the paste into a pan and heat it for another 5 minutes, while mixing it now and then.
7. Dish out and serve.
