Ingredients: shark fish, turmeric, pepper, dry chilli, curry leaves, desiccated
                                coconut, onion, garlic, mustard seeds
Method:
  1. Steam the shark fish for about 5-10 minutes. After that, let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Remove the bones from the fish and smash them into small pieces using a fork.
  3. Heat the pan, add some oil, then cook the mustard seed, onion, garlic, dried chilli and curry leaves till golden brown.
  4. Add the smashed shark fish, turmeric, desiccated coconut and pepper. If you like, you could add salt for taste. Stir the ingredients together.
  5. Cook for about 5 minutes. Dish out and enjoy.
