Ingredients: turmeric powder, honey and lemon juice Method: 1. Pour boiled water into a cup and add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder. 2. Add honey and lemon juice. Stir to mix and enjoy. P.S. You can also use fresh turmeric after blending it into juice. Honey and lemon are optional. You could add just about anything according to your preference.
