Ingredients: Red algae, blue pea water, coconut milk, pandan leaves Method: 1. Wash the algae and put it into a pot of boiling water. 2. Add the blue pea water and pandan leaves after the algae dissolve. 3. Stir to mix the ingredients. Then, add the coconut milk and stir a few times. 4. Dish out in a bowl, and place it into a refrigerator after it is cooled down. 5. Enjoy P.S Blue pea is the main ingredient, the others are optional and you could choose according to your palette. I prefer consuming jelly when it is cold so, I put mine into the refrigerator.
